I heard their internet and phones were down because of weather or something along those lines. I don't think almost anyone has received a response from them anytime in the past week or two because of this, so I'd stay patient or try to give them a call from time to time.

I was able to speak with her on the phone a few times last week... but most communications are still down and/or unreliable. Just be patient, leave a messge and Im sure she will get back to you.
