Centerforce 12 inch
Well I have had my LS7 in now for about 2 years. Its been really good to me but with a stickey tire and nitrous its seen its day. I want to put it in a spec dual disk but too much money for me. Ive been looking at the 12 inch centerforce. Anyone have any luck with this setup. Iam making about 500rwhp and 570 rwtq. Thanks.

I have never used one in an LS1 car, but I had one in my mustang and it held up to 620+rwhp and some hard launches at the track.
great clutches IMO and I have no idea why there isnt a bigger following in the LS1 crowd for them.

I had asked a local about the Centerforce setups, he said that certain manufactures make products that are good for certain brands. Centerforce is quality in Mustangs, but haven't had such good success with LSX cars.
I was looking into a Centerforce or even maybe an ACT. I used an ACT in my boosted Honda Civic and it held up to everything I could toss at it. It was a Extreme pressure plate with an unsprung 6 puck. I lasted 40 plus thousand miles with hard launches and 480 whp turbo application.
