i just did the swap in my own car..

the switches on the clutch side of things.. the black one that sits closest to the firewall is your clutch saftey switch. wiring the two wires from the auto shifter to here will make it so you have to push the clutch in to start the car.

however i wired those wires to a switch and now just have to toggle it on and off to start it.. the white button that was broken on the clutch was your cruise cut of switch. so when you push in the clutch the cruise control turns off.. i didn't wire either of those up.

on the brake pedal you have your brake lights and cruise shut off.. just take the connectors off your brake pedal ( on the auto) and replace them on the brake pedal for the Manual pedals and poof.. everything will work fine..

just remember, those two wires have to be connected to start the car, and you have to push in the brake to turn the cruise off.. ;-)

hope this helps
