i recently bought a Hurst shifter, or so i thought. i was getting ready to take out my stock shifter and noticed that they look identical, does anyone have a picture of a stock shifter and a hurst shifter next to eachother? I really hope i didnt get screwed over, PLEASE HELP! Thanks.

This is an Optional (GM) Factory Hurst Shifter on the left and a Stock Shifter on the right in both pictures. The aftermarket Hurst Shifter looks different than the GM offered Hurst from the factory. Your car cold have come from the factory with the GM offered Hurst Shifter (pictured on left). If your car has option code BBS listed on the passenger side RPO codes then your already had the Hurst shifter from the factory.
