Default doing a LS swap...

can i use the LT1 trans and clutch? i have a built LT t56 and a Mcleod street twin i dont really want to give up and lose money on so i would really rather just use the same tranny. can i do it?

No.

You'll have to swap out the front plate of the T56 and Input Shoft for a LS1 one. You will be able to use your T56 that way.

As far as the Clutch/Flywheel goes, you will have to use LS designed.
