Default Noise during shifting

My car has about 90,000 miles on it and is stock. Recently I've experienced some noise and vibration during shifting. Its not really the process of changing the stick from one position to another, rather when I go to release the clutch I get a little rattle/grind noise and some minor vibration from underneath. This is most noticable when I'm on an incline and releasing the clutch to leave. I haven't notice any clutch slippage. The only other symptom was a rattle in the driveline (somewhere) at idle with the clutch in. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions as to what the issue might be?

Definitely sounds like a throwout bearing to me.

On LS1 cars, the throwout bearing is part of the slave cylinder, so you might as well change both while you have the transmission out.
