Insulating your hydr. line might be of some help. I rather doubt it's clutch dust you're seeing in the hydr. reservoir each time.
That might help. However, allow me the point saying that yes, the fluid is contaminated with clutch dust. There has been documented analysis, especially from Ranger, that shows the C6 clutch htydraulic fluid is, atleast, ALWAYS mixed or contaminated with clutch dust.

I believe he actually has a video documenting his findings... quit interesting.

No need to be THAT upset! You do have an upgraded T56 but much like first years cars, there maybe some issues that need to be addressed. According to a previous post, tremec might be developing some upgraded parts.

I have opened up 2 TR6060's (08 and 09 models) for gears grinding going into gears. The 09 had 3K miles on it but that Vette was doing the 1320 thing and missed 2nd (the blocking rings and the syncro was shot).

The 08 had 10K miles on it and was grinding going into 2nd and 5th. I did not find anything wrong with 2nd gear or the syncro but replaced the parts anyway. The 5th gear was grinding due to broken fork pads (made of plastic) and I think the owner drives with the hand on the stick in 5th gear.

The TR6060 is very robust and as far as I can see it, the problem has to be in the hydraulics (except for the fork pads). By the way, the bronze fork pads from the T56 1-2/3-4 syncro is a perfect fit!!! hint hint!

OP, do you do any 1320 or power shifts at all?

hmmm, tick perf. slave works well, i used to run the mcleod without issue as well, but then their supplier stopped building assemblies, and Tick came to the rescue on that one!!!

mcleod clutch, and finally Liberty's Gears for a seriously built trans, be it t56 or TR6060. Craig is doin' some pretty neat stuff with the 6060. For a not so psychotic upgrade i am sure Tick could satisfy your needs. i don't know how crazy Tick is with their builds, they may be just as crazy as Liberty's, lol!!!

it looks like you can spend a few bucks, my tip don't skimp and as long as you stay away from G Force you will be alright!!!
