Question Can you replace clutch springs?

So 2 of the 6 springs in my clutch were broke when I got it all apart. I was having problems getting the car into gear and with some strange noises once I did. Assuming this and/or the slave is bad, can I replace the springs in the clutch, or do I have to buy a whole new clutch?

TIA!
