Hey guys

I have been searching and searching on how to wire up the reverse lockout solenoid using a a4 harness and pcm. I find a few post but nothing that breaks it down well enough for me. My buddies car a 02 ta it's all done besides the rls.
Any help would be appreciated. I know it runs through the pcm but not for sure which wires to tap into or move.

It's in the first couple paragraphs..follow it and you will be money..

When you get it Tuned it will function as factory designed..mine has had no problems.

Nice write-up merv.

Just in case any LT1 guys search here, the LT1 wire for reverse lockout is pin 6 on the blue connector. Should be a tan or brown wire.

Thanks. It varies from year to year with the LT1 cars..that is what I've seen from looking at the Diagrams anyways..my writeup is for a 1999-02 LS1 Car.
