Default Transmission grind after clutch install

So I recently installed an ls7 clutch into my 05 GTO and the break-in went smooth. It has about 700+ miles on it and has recently developed a grind going into gears. I dont really know how to explain it because it continues to make a grinding sound after the shifter is in gear untill the clutch is released. Does anyone have any suggestions? I rebleed the clutch again and changed the transmission fluid again and problem still came back after about 100 miles. The problem only seems to occur once the car is warmed up. Any help is greatly apreciated.
