Pedal to the floor is a dead fluid situation, if at worst the slave will need to be swapped.
To save you time and aggrivation.
Your going to need to redo the whole set up. Trans rebuild, new clutch assembly. Slave Cyl, Pilot bearing, and Clutch Master Cyl, This will ensure it is all working.

so a bad slave cylinder will cause some gears to spit out ? .. like i said its only 4th gear and 6th gear for some reason ... i though it was shift fork but if it were a shift for 3rd would be bad 2 .. and so would would 5th since they each operate on thier own shift for correct?... i can be driving down the free way and when i throw it in gear it feels as if it doesnt go in all the way and it spits out .. but if i throw it in hard as if i was racing or something it goes in no problem i have to let the clutch out real fast in order for it to catch.. if not then it wont catch the gear and it wont grab for crap

It's most likely the plastic fork pad worn or broken ONLY on one side. That little play in the fork is enough to not engage the synchro all the way into a gear. Upgrade the plastic fork pads to bronze when you do a rebuild. Look in my sig for all the upgraded parts you most likely need.
