Default T-56 Major Grinding

Hey guys I was going to try pinpoint the problem in my transmission. Anyways it is making a bad noise while driving. The trans is making a very bad grinding noise after you drive it for a few seconds. When I put the car in neutral the shifter keeps moving around and thats when you hear the grinding. It will not go away till you turn the car off. Then it will come back after you drive it for a few hundred feet. I am going to get a video of it tomorrow after work. To show you guys what it is doing. Any ideas on what is going on?

Could be any one of the tapered or needle roller bearings.

Does it do it in neutral when stopped? Does it do it in all gears at all speeds?
