final t56 swap parts checklist, anything missing?
sorry for another one of these, but this is my daily driver so I can't have it down while I wait for parts:
hydraulic/electrical systems:
-pedal assembly with 2 "switches" on the brake and 2 on the clutch pedal
-complete m6 harness to source needed connectors from
-extra wire, soldering supplies, electrical tape, shrink wrap, etc.
-low mileage GM master, fluid reservoir, hydraulic lines, U bolt to mount
-new slave cylinder and throw out bearing (updated design)
-slave to trans bolts
-24 oz DOT 3 non-synthetic brake fluid
interior:
-lower no. 6 boot with self tapping screws
(I need center console but I'm waiting on that since it's not essential)
transmission:
-t56 with sensors, shifter, and bellhousing
-torque arm, exhaust, and transmission mounts for tailshaft
-m6 crossmember and torque arm (have an aftermarket and stock one)
-5 quarts pennzoil dex III ATF (I know it uses ~4, bought extra just in case)
clutch:
-new clutch disk, pressure plate, alignment tool, pilot bearing
-stock flywheel (needs to be resurfaced)
-flywheel to crank bolts (6)
-pressure plate to flywheel bolts (6)
computer:
-free reflash to m6 tune from local shop
I know I need a C clip for the master to clutch pedal, and bolts or zipties to attach the reservoir. I am assuming I can reuse the bellhousing to block bolts, and I don't mind not having a console lid for now.
