Default What is this? T-56 Help please...

Sorry for the newb question, but my pullout (02 camaro ss) came with what looks like the slave cylinder line cut off. The plug pops out of the port, but I was wondering if anyone knows what to replace this with? Does anyone sell this line/plug by itself or do I have to go buy another slave cylinder with everything attached? While its sitting here I'd rather buy a nice piece, but just curious. I am trying to figure out if I need to have a custom line made or if GM or Aftermarket sells something to replace all of this. I went through the FAQ and didn't see anything on this. Just trying to see if I am going to have to replace my slave cylinder or not.

Secondly and I know this is a can of worms, but what would you recommend for transmission fluid or just go with the DEXRON III?

Thanks for your help!

that's just a stock master to slave cylinder line.

For aftermarket, check Tick Perf --->

As for fluid, I go w/ Dex III. Lots of opinionated threads on this topic already.

Thank you for the info, so even though I popped it out, I can get a new one and it should be good/pop back in? Thanks again!

Also check your local hydraulic shop. I just had one built for $30.

I'm confused. Are you thinking what you have in the picture is broke? If so, it's not.
