Default Clutch problems/Hydralics maybe...

I have a stock Tranny 82.5k miles, clutch has maybe 10,000 miles, alot of thru way and DD'ing. I only have Full exhaust so i'm not making alot of power. When i Leave from a stop sometimes the clutch seems to grab at different places on the pedal, sometimes it seems like its the middle of the pedal and then sometimes it's higher on the pedal. Also say im going about 10mph holding the brakes slowing down to a stop sign, clutch is in and i go to shift into 1st while still rolling but clutch is depressed it feels like something is rotating in the tranny and is in the way of 1st gear kinda a little bump feeling almost like if you grind a gear but it goes in gear without noise? Strange, My tranny needs a rebuild, but the whole clutch problem traveling on my pedal inconsistently i feel is hydralic..... When i had my clutch installed i got the newer slave, maybe my master is going????
