Flywheel install??

Flywheel install?? So im just about done with my t56 swap and put the LS7 clutch and tranny in last night. Now that I think about it i have noticed there is an extra hole in the flywheel and the back of the crank. I have no idea if i lined them up correctly, I just put the flywheel up there and torqued to spec. What are these holes for and if they are not lined up will it cause a problem??

You are supposed to align the hole in the crank to the hole in the flywheel. However, one time I removed at flywheel from an LS1 and the previous installer had it on wrong (with the holes mis-aligned) and it made no difference :shrug:
