Tick master remote blessed?

Got the remote line on &need to bleed the line. So my question is, I just open the remote line 1/4 turn and just pump the pedal a few times? Or is there more I need to do

Make sure the reservoir doesn't run dry.

I crack it open a tad and put the the bleeder in a bottle of clean brake fluid (just **** that way) and pump the pedal a few times, check the reservoir and pump a few more times. Tighten it up and it's good to go.
