question about synthetic manual transmission fluid from GM
i just recently replaced my original tranny fluid( as it was pretty dark), to the GM synthetic manual transmission fluid. i have read some things about some synthetics being bad for the synchros? should this lead to any problems in my 02 camaro ss? or are the 01-02 t56"'s able to use this fluid. thanks for the help. just dont want my tranny to blow up because the guy at the chevy dealership gave me the wrong stuff!!

True Synchromesh is a blend.....Dex3 spec and synthetis .
For a guy who drives year-round - and that includes cold temps- simple dex3 ATF...non synthetic stuff...is all you need.
