So 2nd and 3rd gear grind going in. Only happens when tranny is cold and the only way to avoid it is by fully engaging the clutch for a 2-3 seconds n shifting then letting off the clutch 2-3 seconds later. Think its time for a rebuild. just asking to see if anyone has had this problem so i can narrow it down and buy the right rebuild kit accordingly, and for personal knowledge of what im dealing with. Thanks for the info guys.

has been doing this for a while just replaced the clutch kit,slave,pilot bearings, and about to install a new master with the drill mod.
