Default Bleeding issue..

We are having a wierd issue with a 2002 Camaro Z28..there is a Speed Bleeder on it..replaced the Master Cyl and it still doesnt build pressure. All the air is out of the system, only clear fluid comes out of the speed bleeder, you can pump it a hundred times and no pressure, just clear fluid everytime we check. It's a Spec Clutch with a shim behind the Slave Cyl, all that is inplace properly.

Ideas?
