Default Clutch pedal to the floor, wont bleed

Car is a 98 SS, clutch and slave have 130k on them. Clutch pedal started sticking to the floor the last week or so, can eventually get the pedal back after pumping it quite a bit. Tried to bleed the slave with a vacuum pump as described in many threads and pedal contiued to stick to the floor and no air was coming through the vacuum hose. FLuid is very dark, any suggestions or time for a new clutch/slave and possibly master?

Before you take anything apart, try flushing out the system really well with new, clean brake fluid and see if it improves at all.
