Default LS1 pressure plate bolts - identification

I have 6 pressure plate bolts that came off of the pullout i bought.

three questions:
Can someone please help me identify these bolts?
Do I need washers under the bolt head when installing these and torquing the pressure plate onto the flywheel?
What torque specs should I go with? (Should I treat them like ARP bolts?)

the bolts say 12.9 which probably refers to class 12.9
they also say "FKE"
They require a 8mm hex allen wrench socket to install it.

Wondering the same thing, I have the same fasteners. My clutch assembly looks like a McLeod super street pro assembly but doesn't have any McLeod decal on pp
