Default Popping out of 3rd Part 2

I haven't found anything especially concerning during the tear down, but I do have couple videos of some possibilities.

First: play in the 3/4 shift fork (is this too much or nothing to worry about)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtHgN...ature=youtu.be

Second: play between the 3/4 synchro and fork/pads
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nWcPC...ature=youtu.be

The only other possibility I know of is that the shifter only had two tightened bolts, the bottom left was stripped and the top right was loose.

Hard to tell from your video but that looks like the 1-2 shift fork, not the 3-4. Just to make sure, the 3-4 shift fork is the smaller of the two forks on the rail.

It's definitely the 3/4 fork, I made that mistake in the last thread! Haha

Does anything look out of place/loose though?

This is the last thing I can think of, but of course my inexperience gets me here, and I can't tell if this would cause the issue.

If this isn't it, then I'm just going to buy a snap ring kit and a 3/4 steel fork and throw this bitch back together!

Your slider wobble test doesn't help anything; you're wobbling it past any arc of travel the hub would allow it to reach.

If the pads are in good shape and not cracked / deformed, run them else replace them.

Absolutely nothing bad with that synchro in the last 2 pics.

Go snap-rings & 3-4 fork. and fix that shifter.

That's what I'm going to do! Ordered the parts this morning! If it doesn't completely fix the problem, I still beefed up the weakest part of the transmission and now I know I can tear it apart again anyway! haha

I ordered the parts from tick performance, are they fairly quick when it comes to shipping?
