can the O-ring on this plug if its bad cause the reservoir to leak all the fluid out of the car and leak through the middle of the tranny and bell housing? I am trying to rule out possibilities on why the car is leaking the clutch fluid as soon as I put it in..

Can a leak at an o-ring in a line cause a leak there? Suretainly.

Clean the area up, put some kind of powder on it and figure out where the leak is.
