Something NOT a T56 for less than 400rwhp
Hi,
I skimmed around quite a bit, and I found a bell housing the other day, and can't find it again to adapt a Muncie / T10 to an LS, setup for a stock LS clutch with the hydraulic slave.
Anyone actually done this? I picked up a project for wildly cheap, with a 5.3 swap and 4l60, want to swap it over to manual and do some other things, get it to around 400rwhp, maybe a little more and just have a fun all-around play toy until my Camaro is done. Car has a 10 bolt in it so I can't run more than 400rwhp anyways without breaking that, and I want to keep it simple.
Who all has done stuff that is manual, and non t-56 on the cheap side?
It's going in a G-Body.
I did skim this thread, but as we all know, a lot of new exciting things have happened since 2011 for hybrid LS1 off the shelf parts.
