steady clutch pressure, not going in to gear
Story,
A4-> m6 swap
Brand new TDP stage 2 t56
Brand new slave from TDP
Diamond stage 2 clutch kit
3 shims given to me by Jason himself for my setup
Brand new gm master line and resevior
I can bleed the system easily using my mighty vac and then bleeding the slave. The pedal pressure is fine but never really feels like it hits the clutch.
I replaced the master with another unit and same results. I have pulled the trans off again and inspected everything and its all in spec.
Messaged Julian at tdp, hoping to hear back. Anyone have suggestions?

I believe the hydraulics are all working correctly. There is no loss in pressure in the system. On my wife's car I can feel the point where the slave is fully extended but I can't on mine.
On jack stands I can shift the car while running through the gears. However with the clutch in and brakes applied the car stalls and dies
With the clutch the aluminum side faces the flywheel and the carbon side goes towards the pressure plate correct?

3 shims sure sounds like a lot, did you install all 3 of them at once?
Although additional shims would probably allow the slave to act earlier, which shouldn't affect going into gear, but will affect slippage, since the clutch cannot extend all the way back to "resting" position (fully engaged)....
