manual trans fluid t56 What fluid to use??? I'm going to do clutch swap that I just order through monster, should I just put the dex that it calls with a little bit of.friction modifier, or royal purple, or red line.

I use gm syncromesh on my t56 bottle says it does not break down. I believe it no problems for over 2 years of hard street. little stiff when cold but livens right up when warm. it's under the ac/delco badge now.
