Default T56 troubles

I finding I'm having issues shifting my car at high RPM's(6500-6800 range).

If I leave hard in 1st gear you can feel its hard to get into 2nd, and then is almost in possible to get into 3rd. Anyone else experience this? or have know what might be going on,

I can drive the car hard, shift at lower RPM's (up to 5500 rpms) without any problems

Is the clutch fully disengaging ie if you rev it up to 5500 in gear with the clutch pedal fully depressed on a flat surface does the car creep forward? You can also just jack up the rearend and see if the wheels are spinning while in gear with pedal fully depressed, report back your findings.
