Default Question about Sachs 1050 flywheel?

I'm putting a 5.3 in my '68 Nova with mechanical clutch linkage and trying to do it as cheap as possible. Can I run the Sachs 1050 flywheel, my current 10 spline 10.5 inch clutch disk and then a newer 11 inch metric pressure plate?
I saw Gary 68's thread about using an old 11 inch BBC pressure plate but it had to be dtilled out for the metric bolts. Isn't there a cheap jobber 11 inch pressure plate that will work?
Thanks

The sachs is drilled for an 01-07 truck 11.5" clutch which also has a 10 spline disk. I'm not entirely sure if the truck setup will fit in a 621 bell. The truck clutch is also about twice the price of an early 70s 11" clutch.
