Default LS1 T56 vs T56 Magnum Physical Differences?

I'm swapping a 2000 Z28 drivetrain into an 86 Regal. Are there any physical differences between the LS1 T56 and the T56 magnum?

Phase 1 of the build is to get it back on the road. Phase 2 will be turbos and a T56 magnum once the wallet recovers from phase 1. I only want to make one crossmember and driveshaft so if there are physical differences I'd like to know up front in case I should just put a magnum in it now.

That depends which T56 Magnum you are referring to.

Sorry I should have been more specific. Really I'm open to any of them but I was thinking of TUET11009.

Compared to an FBody T56, shifter position is different, output spline and position is different

Not 100% sure on bellhousing or input shaft

But if you can make it fit, it also means readily available replacements from Tremec if you ever needed. Whereas all FBody fitment Magnums are custom builds and hence more expensive.
