Tick master need help

I was adjusting my tick master cylinder tonight and noticed the threaded shaft was turning. How do I get it tight again?

It's ok for the threaded shaft to turn, it's not supposed to be tight, but you'll want to hold it in place when you're adjusting the linkage.
