Default T56 locked up?

Car randomly started bouncing around and then I stopped it. Was going to try and limp it home so I backed it out onto the road and put it in first. Took off very rough and the car bounced and stalled. Couldn't move the car with the driveshaft in, but I could still shift the car easy into all gears except for 3rd and 6th. Any ideas on what the issue could be? Bent/broken 3/4 shift fork? I'm getting it out ASAP to rebuild it, just looking for some ideas on what could of happened.

if it were the pocket bearing it would only drive in 4th.
Any gear besides 4th would stall the engine/ no output.
It would still shift but not drive.
I say pocket bearing . maybe caused by low oil/ leak.

Just put 4 quarts of Pennzoil Synchomesh into it... I bought the transmission used. I'm guessing something just randomly broke, bent, ect. I pulled the trans yesterday and I can spin the input shaft and it only binds up at one point. Like it rotates around 300 degrees then stops. Something has gotta be bent in there....
