Help new clutch slipping!!!! why

Exclamation Help new clutch slipping!!!! why

Just put in a new spec 3 clutch, put 300 miles on it then went to the track.
on hard lauches the clutches spins wont grab. normal driving it cool when i lay into it it wont grab. do i need more break in time. this is my 3rd spec i installed never had this happen. also got it dyno tuned didnt do so well. could the clutch been slipping then on the dyno they where sprayin it. all info would be helpful. thanks

did you use locktite when you installed it?

the pressure plate backs off and doesnt clamp down on the disk hard enough.

no i didnt,also the pedals feels way soft

sounds like the pressure plate backed off the flywheel....i would pull the trans out and locktite the flywheel, and pressure plate..make sure you use a torqur wrench.

sucks..but ive been there.

the pressure plate came with lock washers right? mine did, there should be no reason it should back off then did you bleed your clutch properly? also did you change your slave cylinder, if so did you put the shim behind it?

ya it does. whole new set up couldnt wait to run it and the clutch dont hold it sucks.
u think the people tuning it would of told me. thanks for your help
