Question Presure feeling when the alignment tool goes into the pilot bearing

I've installed a few clutches in these cars and never had this sort of feeling with the alignment tool.

When it enters the pilot bearing there is presure and it pushed the tool back out, once the tool is pushed in and stays, there is a suction feeling when it is pulled back out

Anyone have any ideas as to what is causing this? We installed a new pilot bearing also

I also took the bellhousing and clutch off to ensure the interference is not from it

Thanks

It sounds like you have enough grease in there that it is making a seal between the bearing and the pilot tool. I'm 99% sure that's all it is and it should be nothing to worry about.

That's what it is..... grease creating an air seal.
