What is this noise

What is this noise Ok its gone on long enough! Almost everytime I start my car up and let the clutch out in 1st I hear and feel a loud bang under the rear passenger seat. What the hell is this? It only does it if im completely stopped. Not everytime but just about...Any ideas? I was thinking maybe the ujoint on the driveshaft is hitting the tourqe arm?? Ideas plz!!!
