May need to place a shim between the trans and the slave cylinder. Or buy Mcloed's adjustable master.

When I installed my SPEC, I installed the shim that came with it. It engaged right off the floor, but was ok until I drove it around for a few miles, then it started getting impossible to get into gears.
I installed a newer slave cylinder, this did not correct the problem at all and neither did any amount of bleeding.

So I yanked the trans (for the third time) and made some extra shims out of sheet aluminum. Clutch was fine after that. I installed the Mcloed adjustable master with my next clutch.
