Grinding in 3rd and sometimes in 5th???

Grinding in 3rd and sometimes in 5th??? Raised alittle hell in the Hugger car yesterday, and now when I shift into 3rd or shift kinda quick into 5th, it grinds. No problems in any of the lower gears. Anyone have any idea???

not 2 mention that my neighbor took it 4 a quick blast down the street and didnt realize that it was a 6-spd so he prbly jammed 3rd or some **** but he's a older guy so i didnt say nething i ahd the tranny rebuilt like 2weeks ago cause the car has been down since june an the guy that rebuilt said that gm did a shitty job wit the t56.
