Default Changing Fluid?

Just curious.....I was wondering how often the fluid in a T56 is supposed to be changed? I was reading the thread, about the best type of fluid to use, and was thinking I probably needed to change mine....

I do race the car occassionally, so I want to take care of it

Any suggestions?
