Default new clutch help!!!

So I have been thinking about replacing my clutch, I really dont like the feel of it. I was thinking of the LS7 clutch, unless anyone had any ideas of a cheaper clutch that would provide similar feel. My main concern is I would like the clutch to engage closer to the floor, anyway to get that fixed? If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it. (by the way I can get the ls7 clutch for cost from gm) Thanks guys

You could go with an adjustable master cylinder.
