Question need help with mityvac and clutch bleeding

exactly how do i use this to bleed my clutch? i bought the
07000 Automotive Tune-up and Brake Bleeding Kit
does anyone have a step by step? i just replaced my master cylinder and there was no fluid in the master so i just added some. i wont get the quick disconnect in till tuesday, but then im gonna bleed it. also, if i do it with someone in the car pressing the peddle, how do u keep it from spilling all over the tranny?

This seems waaaay too complicated. There's a GM TSB I posted up here that deals with their version of mity-vac bleeding.
