Default 98 master - New one or reuse stock?

Doing my clutch swap in 2 weeks and I'm wrapping up my shopping. Should I pick up a new master and do the drill mod or should I just do the drill mod to the stocker and save the $90-$100?

you need to buy a slave cylinder off a 2000-2002. GM fixed the problem that the older models were having. it will run you about s hundred bucks. Go to napa and get a slave cylinder for a oo-02 it will come withthe throw out bearing on it and intructions on the bleed.

I already bought a new slave cylinder, I'm talking about a master cylinder.

Master should be fine, just replace the slave, and other goodies.
