tranny removal problem
hey everybody, just into my clutch install
and i cannot! get that last damned bolt on the Tranny. its the one at the very top, but the passenger side. Here is a hose and a wire loom in the way
any tips on how to get that last one out? I've got a 2ft straight extension, plus the usual 3", 6" (or whatever) and a swivel
I just can't get the damned socket on that thing
tips?
thanks!

i got it off, i ended up using the 3" and 2ft extensions, and it ended up right where the shifter comes up, i poped the air rachet on from inside the car and busted it off
my question is, WTF is that stupid bracket doing there, its holding a small plastic hose that just sits ontop of the tranny, its capped...wtf is that for? do i really need it? cuz theres no way i'm putting that stupid little bracket back on lol

Its a breather line for the trans, and yes you need it. I dropped the rear of the trans, and it made it alot easier to reach. Ive had our tranny in and out more than id like (3 times in a week), so i guess i could say im pretty good at it now.
