Default 12" CF vs. Ram HD....for my set-up

I'm ready to buy my clutch and I want to be sure I get the right one for my specs:

01 M6 SS
10 bolt w/ girdle 4.10s
Standard bolt-ons (custom ram air, PP TB, freebies, PC race LTs, ORY, bullet)
Factory freak (ran 12.3 @114 at full weight and a 1.9 short)
Current race weight: 3280
Shortly, I plan on a 150 shot

I need a clutch. Afraid of spec, and can't afford the big dogs. Is the centerforce 12" DF gonna hold the squeeze, I like how it is supposed to have a stockish feel? Will the Ram HD be a better bet?

I am also confused about what flywheel and shim to use. I'd like to resurface my oem one and save a few bucks. Will it work with both of these?

PLeeeeeeease help me soon, I want to order it by friday so it can be in by MAY 6th so I can go win the GM vs. Ford showdown in Sac on May 7th. Plan on being somewhat competitive in the stock class.

Thanks in advance.

I had a ram clutch not sure which one.. i burnt it up in about 5 months. I now have Centerforece Duel Friction. its been on my car for almost a year and still strong. even been to the track a couple of times on it hoping to go a lot more. So my vote is centerforece.
