oh my god............im breaking in my rear right now and not sure i can handle 500 of old people driving. Can it be driven long highway miles for break in or does it need to be heat cycled.

The best break in would be city driving, since driving down the highway doesnt really slip the clutch, or let it engage or disengage. That being said, I'm pretty sure they say that their clutch doesnt need any breakin, but if I could do it over again, i would have driven mine a lot more in the city before I took it out to the highway.

Don't worry about it so much. I let a friend drive mine so I could log data after the clutch install. Before I could mention break-in, he did a 4k rpm clutch dump as soon as we pulled out of the garage. I think I had about 100 miles on it before doing the first 4 1/4mile passes. After 10k miles it is still working fine.

My breakin lasted about 300 miles...then some Mustang wanted to play. It held up through a couple of speedshifted N2O passes with no problem and the Mustang didn't know what hit him!
