strange chattering noise

strange chattering noise ok... well when im at a red light with the clutch pushed in, everythings fine, but when i put it in neutral and let off the clutch, a strange chattering noise comes from under the car. its not very loud but i can definately hear it when i push in and out on the clutch. any ideas?????

My Z had the exact same noise when I purchased it.
