PRO 5.0 shifter rattle....uh I dont know now. I see a lot of posts on different shifters and how the 5.0 rattled to hell. I was no different. I hated mine for the first year and a half. Did everthing from making gaskets for every little nut and bolt to even getting sounproofing material and putting it over the boot. Nothing worked. Now here the revelation. I had a Spec 3... Ram Powergrip at the time my shifter rattled to hell. I just threw in my Textralia a couple of days ago and believe it or not all the noise is gone. Not a vibration sound anywhere. I guess you can say I've put it in different or something but I put it in and took it out about 30 times already. You think the clutch can make that much of a difference on the shifter noise also??? I think so.
