My 93 04 LS1 mustang, mating MN12 ?s. Im thinking of going mn12 instead of 4l60e, but I know the setup is different since its coming off a z06, now Im not 100% sure, but Id need a transaxle rear... so Id have to go IRS but how would I mate up the 03 cobra IRS to the GM side of the diff? Also how would I work the torque tube setup?? Any ideas would be awesome!! Thanks guys.

Its not possible to mate it up to the cobra IRS. The whole rear of your car would have to be hacked up since the corvette's rear end and tranny is all one piece. That an you would have to adjusts the length of the tq tube. It can be done, but not for a reasonable amount of money.
