Default changing the clutch fluid?

Can changing 90000mi old clutch fluid make a new clutch grab better?

No. The clutch hydraulic system is used to disengage the clutch and will make that operation more smooth. It won't help the clutch grip better--that up to the disk itself and the pressure plate springs.
