Default T56 Questions

well i have done a small search and culdnt find a guy with the same problem.

When i try downshift from 6-5th it willl not go into 5th gear. but if i hold down the clutch and go to 4th gear witout letting of the clutch and then go to 5th gear it goes straight in there. does anyone know what the problem is its real silly to have to go from 6th to 4th just so i can get the tranny into 5th

also i have one problem that some people seem to have its that 1-2 and 2-3 shifts when reving 5000rpm+ are realy hard and sometimes i cant even get the tranny into gear until the revs get lower, and im prety shure that i dont need the drill mod BC i can shift realy fast at low - mid rpms without any problems.

any ideas are welcome and thanks again

It is gonna take a disassembly & inspection to find out. I would bet on shift fork pads or slider keys though as a problem.
