ls1/lt1 6 speed differences?

I thought In read they are different, but something can be changed. Also other than bellhousing, what would be different? Thanks!

Tried a search and it doesnt do anything

The input shaft is different, but not sure what else.

The bellhousng, the front cover(where the slave cylinder bolts), and the input shaft. From what I have been told these parts can be swapped to make the tranny work in either car. But I've never done it myself.
